FAQ
How do I know I can trust SEE CLEAN WINDOWS?
We are fully insured. We have a National Police Check report. Your neighbours and visitors will see the difference when See Clean Windows has been to your home!
What about my blinds or curtains, do I need to take them down?
Whilst any assistance is welcome, it is not necessary. It does facilitate the process though and many customers do prefer to help out, especially with the removal of window blinds. Typically, we can work around almost everything in the house!
Does the weather affect the service?
Window cleaning is a year round service! We clean in cold weather, as well as hot and humid weather. We are also still able to clean on rainy days as long as it is not a blowing, driving rain. A light rain will not affect our work or your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window screen! It is our year round service that lets us keep the quality of our work consistent.
How often should I clean my windows?
While we do accept once a year customers, most of our customers select our twice a year, interior & exterior cleaning or our quarterly exterior only cleanings. We offer our “Window Care” program for regular customers.
Are your cleaning products safe?
All of our products are home-safe and biodegradable. We do not use any ammonia or alcohol-based solutions that could affect fabrics or flooring.
How much does it cost to have my windows professionally cleaned?
Window cleaning prices vary from location to location, but typically start at $110. Factors include how long it has been since your previous (if any) professional window cleaning, how many windows you have, and the types of windows that you would like cleaned. I will usually visit your home to give you a free quote and advice.
